Children's Education

The Children’s Ministry of CCC is committed to helping children come to faith in Jesus Christ. In Matthew 19:14, Jesus says, ““Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” Every aspect of the children’s ministry at CCC is prayerfully implemented to pursue that purpose and to come alongside parents as they strive to fulfill that same purpose. Through the use of tools such as music, drama, creative crafts and engaging lessons, kids are taught the word of God in a way that is relevant to them and allows them to be “kids.”

Nursery:

During the morning worship services, nursery is provided for children birth-age 4. Our nurseries are staffed by competent, caring volunteers who are committed to providing a safe, comfortable environment for your baby. We realize that you will be more able to relax and enjoy the worship service or your Sunday School class if you know that your child is being well-taken care of.

The Nursery is open and available during: • All service times: Sunday Mornings 8:15 AM & 10:45 AM • Sunday School: 9:35-10:20 AM

Noah’s Park:

At CCC, we believe that children should be taught to participate in a meaningful worship experience. Parents have the option for their children to attend the entire adult worship service or the first part of the worship service before being dismissed to Noah’s Park, our children’s church. Noah’s park is open to ages 4 through 5th grade. The focus of this time is to provide a positive environment where children are instructed on the elements of true worship through a stimulating multi-sensory approach.

Sunday School:
During the Sunday School hour, children hear Bible truths presented in a traditional Sunday School format. Committed teachers and assistants teach the Bible and help children understand how the passages relate to their life circumstances.

Children meet in the following age-level classes: Nursery: Infant-age 2 Preschool: Ages 3-4 Beginners: Kingergarten-1st Grade Lower Juniors 2nd-5th Grade

Pilgrim Kids: (twelve weeks – winter)
