The potential of this generation of teenagers is boundless and God has entrusted them to our care. It is our responsibility to instill the confidence in our young people that the apostle Paul instilled in a young man named Timothy: “Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity.” (1 Timothy 4:12)
On Sunday mornings during the Sunday School hour, junior high students gather in the New Generation class while the senior high students join together in the youth building. Each of these classes are designed to communicate how relevant God is to every circumstance that teenagers face and to help them develop skills and tools that they will use to navigate the challenges of young adulthood. |
